Denise Napoli Long is a home hospice nurse, volunteer EMT, former medical news journalist and mom from Long Island, New York. She holds an MA in Writing from Johns Hopkins University. She is currently working on a book about her experience of undergoing treatment for infertility while working as a hospice nurse to dying patients, and the ways in which our beliefs about life, death, love and worth can shape one another, and ourselves.
